Five years ago, I had a dream about a brownie cookie. It had all the gooey chewiness of a brownie, with the rich chocolatey flavour, but with the crisp crunchiness of a cookie.
Five years later, I’m either a slow baker, or this was worth the wait. Personally, I like to think it’s the latter because this was the cookie of my dreams.
Made with our much-loved house-made fudgy brownie, brownie is both combined into the dough and as chunks throughout. We then scatter the dough with white chocolate chips because white chocolate chunk brownies are truly the best. And there you have. The cookie of my dreams. And hopefully now yours.

All our baked goods are made fresh to order and will keep perfectly well for a minimum of 3 days after you receive delivery. This is not a use by date, we simply recommend enjoying them as soon as they arrive as this will be when they are at their best.

We bake everything fresh to order and dispatch orders twice a week—on Tuesdays and Thursdays (unless stated otherwise). Most orders arrive the next day.
🚚If you order between Thursday and Monday, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday. Most orders will arrive on Wednesday - ideal for keeping you going through the week!

Shipping to mainland UK addresses is a flat rate of £4.99 for Next Day Tracked delivery. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, however, 98% of parcels typically do arrive next day, but please be advised that in some instances a parcel may take longer to arrive.
