Terms of service

These terms and conditions are applicable to postal and local collection orders. Please read carefully.

Ordering & Selecting Shipping Dates

Shop Dunk Classics whenever you’re craving something delicious or need a gorgeous gift.

We bake everything fresh to order and dispatch orders twice a week—on Tuesdays and Thursdays (unless stated otherwise). Most orders arrive the next day.

Order between Thursday and Monday, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday. Most orders will arrive on Wednesday.

Order on Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will be dispatched on Thursday. Most orders will arrive on Friday.

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched, complete with full tracking details from our courier.

If you entered the wrong details at checkout

Once an order has processed, amendments must be made within 12 hours by contacting hello@dunkcookies.co.uk.

Please ensure correct shipping address is entered - we do not accept liability for orders shipped to the wrong address. Parcels which are unable to be delivered due to an invalid shipping address will be returned to us by APC. We are happy to re-send these to a correct shipping address (once confirmed), however, additional shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer before doing so.

Adding or combining orders

Please email the items you'd like to add to your order, along with your original order number to hello@dunkcookies.co.uk. Whilst it is not always guaranteed we will always try out best to accommodate. 

Delivery help

In the first instance the quickest way to locate or re-route your package is to contact APC directly. You can do this here or by calling your local depot.

Damages in transit

We do everything we can to ensure you items arrive in the best condition possible, however, sometimes things do get damaged in transit where we will raise a complaint and refund request with the courier. A refund will not be offered until we receive compensation from the courier service.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the unfortunate circumstance that there is an issue with your delivery, you must contact us by email within 3 days of the Shipping Date. 

All orders are placed at the buyer’s risk. When ordering your dunks, you are accepting responsibility for their journey to you. This includes when a safe space is designated. By doing this the customer accepts liability of the goods being left and their safety. We are unable to replace any lost or stolen goods once a safe space has been designated.

Local Collections

Some products are available for Local Collections only. If these products are included in your postal order a refund will be made for these products only. The rest of the order will be fulfilled as normal.

Local Collection orders will be ready to collect between 1-5pm on your chosen Pick-up date. Collection orders will be held until 5pm of the next working day. Any orders which aren’t collected after this time will be disposed of. The customer will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event you are unable to Pick up your order as scheduled please get in touch at hello@dunkcookies.co.uk with your order number and an alternative Collection date, providing at least 48 hours’ notice of your Collection date. Alternatively, if you would like to amend your order from Collection to Shipping, we are able to do so upon payment of the relevant shipping costs.

Best Before Dates

We provide customers with the following guidance across our website and on our product labels:

Dunk Cookies are a fresh product. We recommend enjoying your goodies on the day you arrive, but provide a minimum best before of 3 days (providing they arrive next day). This is purely when they will be at their freshest. As per guidelines, we do not provide Use By dates as are products are not dangerous to consume outside of their best before dates.

Please see storage recommendation on each product label.

In warm weather please store dips in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

We are not liable to replace any products which have exceeded their best before date.

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have! ? Please email us on hello@dunkcookies.co.uk. Please note this is our only customer service channel. We currently do not answer enquiries or follow up on orders via direct message via our social media accounts. We aim to reply to emails within 48 hours. Please note we are not open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Product Images:

All images are for illustration purposes only, and may differ slightly on arrival. This will be due to one of two things; a supplier making changing to their products or during warm months where dips may be looser in consistency due to the heat.

Registered Trademark & Copyright

Dunk Cookies Ltd is a registered trademark with the Intellectual Property office.

Legal action will be taken against any party replicating our products, brand or name.

Shipping Policy

These terms and conditions are applicable to all postal orders. Please read carefully. 

Delivery We use APC as our exclusive courier service, who provide a safe, fast and tracked service for our customers. 

We send to UK postcodes only

Shipping to mainland UK addresses is a flat rate of £4.99 for Next Day Tracked delivery. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, however, 98% of parcels typically do arrive next day, but please be advised that in some instances a parcel may take longer to arrive. 

This service extends across England, Wales and Scotland, however, there are some exceptions. These may include:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Scilly Isles
  • Channel Isles
  • Isle of Wight

For customers in areas outside APC's delivery remit will have their parcels shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Customers may notice a two-day delivery to these areas. 

Placing your order/Shipping Date 

All orders within mainland UK will be sent via APC on a fully tracked Next Day Service. Our customers love this service as its super reliable, trackable, and if you’re not going to be in you have lots of options to ensure your parcel is delivered safely. The best way to keep track of your order is to follow the tracking via the link priovided in the email/text.  Most parcels will arrive the day after the Shipping Date but please be advised delays in the system, due to road accidents, adverse weather etc, can happen and may affect the delivery date. Please be advised orders outside mainland UK will be sent on a two-day service every Tuesday, on or following your selected shipping date. Orders which include pre-order items will be shipped separately on their respective dates. Find out more 

Tracking Your Order 

You will receive an email and/or text from APC to let you know when your dunks have left the cookie factory. APC will let you know when to expect your order, along with tracking info. 

If you are not going to be in 

You are able to designate a safe space, via the link in your email, for your courier to leave your package. By doing so you are accepting responsibility for the item if it goes missing. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any claims with the courier service if your parcel goes missing after being delivered to your designated safe space. If a designated safe space isn't selected, and the courier is unable to deliver to your address, the package will be returned to us. Providing the courier attempted delivery twice, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Re-delivery can be requested by the customer, and charged to them at the standard rate.

Returns Policy

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on purchases for accidental purchases. If a refund is agreed at our discretion then the non-refundable transaction fee will be deducted from the refund total.

We do not offer returns unless there is an issue with your product. In the first instance the best thing to do is email hello@dunkcookies.co.uk who will be able to help. 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the unfortunate circumstance that there is an issue with your delivery, you must contact us by email within 3 days of the Shipping Date. We will then begin the investigation process where we will ask you to return the item to us.

Returns can only be made within 3 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuers’ policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer or accept returns or refunds for parcels which do not arrive next day. See Shipping Policy for more information -  the service we use is APC Tracked Next Day, this is not a guaranteed next day service. Whilst all efforts are made to deliver next day, it is not always possible.
