Our classic Dunk Cookies dipping boxes are available for customers to order online 24/7.
For everything else new products are restocked twice a week, at 10am Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We are a small team so to be able to offer fresh and exciting bakes every week we limit the restock days to twice a week. If you simply cannot wait for your Dunk fix or you want to order as a gift, our bestselling Dunk Boxes are available to order every day of the week.

We bake everything fresh to order and dispatch orders twice a week—on Tuesdays and Thursdays (unless stated otherwise). Most orders arrive the next day.
If you order between Thursday and Monday, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday. Most orders will arrive on Wednesday.
If you order on Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will be dispatched on Thursday. Most orders will arrive on Friday.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched, complete with full tracking details from our courier, APC.

Shipping to mainland UK addresses is a flat rate of £4.99 for Next Day Tracked delivery. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, however, 98% of parcels typically do arrive next day, but please be advised that in some instances a parcel may take longer to arrive.

We always recommend leaving a contact email with your order.
Please check your emails inbox / junk folder, if it’s not there, you may not have left an email address to receive one or you may have entered your email address wrong. If you are unsure, please emails us on hello@dunkcookies.co.uk.

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our refund and shipping policy.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on purchases for accidental purchases.
As our products are food and cannot be resold once they’ve been dispatched from us, we cannot refund your order unless there is an exceptional circumstance. For example, if your bakes are totally squashed/ damaged upon arrival then we will look at placing a claim through APC (all orders are in perfect condition when they leave us so we will attempt to claim through them to refund you). Unfortunately, slight damage won’t be acceptable.
If an address is incorrect, we can’t be held responsible once the parcel leaves us and we will not refund for this mistake.
In the first instance the best thing to do is email hello@dunkcookies.co.uk where we will be able to help. You must contact us by email within 3 days of the Shipping Date.
If a return is agreed between both parties, the return can only be made within 3 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuers’ policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please note we do not offer or accept returns or refunds for parcels which do not arrive next day. The service we use is APC Tracked Next Day, this is not a guaranteed next day service. Whilst all efforts are made to deliver next day, it is not always possible.

We use APC Tracked Next Day for all our parcels, and whilst all efforts are made to deliver next day it is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, so this is not always possible. All our bakes are individually wrapped for freshness to allow for a slight delay in your delivery. We do not be offering refunds for delayed dispatch or Delivery.
If you have any issues with your order, then please let us know after 2 working days have passed. If an item is lost or states ‘delivered’ when we check the tracking, but you don’t have the goods, we will put a claim in with APC and will update you when we have a response from them.

If you have placed a postal order with us and wish to cancel/ amend, you must do this more than 24 hours before the dispatch day. If you try to cancel/ amend within 24 hours of dispatch then we can’t issue a refund as your order will already be in the baking/ packing process. To cancel or amend your order, you must email hello@dunkcookies.co.uk. As we are a small team please allow at least 48 hours for a response.

Our postal boxes are too big to fit in your letterbox so please keep this in mind when ordering.
We have approved APC to leave parcels in a safe place, if there is one. The best thing to do is to designate your own safe place or leave instructions through APC tracking to leave with a neighbour or to rearrange delivery.

No we don’t have a shop. You can order our bakes direct to your door. Alternatively, we are stocked in various cafes across the country.

Dunk Cookies is now offering our much-loved cookies at wholesale prices for coffee shops, farm shops and other establishments.
This service is available for weekly local deliveries or collections. We can also post our bakes around the country via courier. You can find out more here.
Do you make gluten free/Vegan/ Nut/Dairy/Egg free products?

As a small bakery we are unable to offer Free From products.
We do sometimes restock our ‘Very Low Gluten’ or ‘Plant-Based’ cookies, however these are not labelled as Gluten-Free or Vegan as they are made in a kitchen which handles WHEAT, MILK, and EGGS. For the same reason advise our customers with NUT allergies not to order from us. Whilst every effort is made to keep ingredients separate, we do produce all bakes in the same space so want to be transparent about allergens with our customers to ensure they are as safe as possible.
All our bakes arrive individually labelled with full allergens and ingredients. If you have any questions at all, we are always happy to help.

With a dip menu of over 100 unique and handmade flavours it would be impossible keep them all in stock at any one time. We typically refresh our dip menu monthly. The best place to find out which dips are coming back on the menu is to follow us on socials.
